HOW TO CHOOSE A PROPER INTERDENTAL BRUSH
The first rule when choosing an interdental brush is that it should fit perfectly in the interdental space. For this reason, it is a good idea to choose different sized interdental brushes (2 or 3), so that each one adapts to the different widths of the interdental spaces. The correct size brush should fit easily into the space with light pressure, without any contact between the wire and the tooth.
HOW TO HOLD THE INTERDENTAL BRUSH
When inserting the toothbrush between the teeth, hold it close to the tip of the toothbrush, if necessary squeezing part of the bristles with your fingers to prevent the brush from bending during insertion.
HOW TO USE THE INTERDENTAL BRUSH
Place your fingers on the handle and brush in a back-and-forth motion about 10 times. Do not allow the brush to protrude into the interdental space while brushing. Replace the brush when the center portion of the bristles has worn out or otherwise when the bristles have become deformed and are no longer parallel.
